The Toledo Moms Team families are a diverse mix of public, private, virtual, and homeschool. We always suggest asking specific questions in your local neighborhood group as you will hear straight from other moms about their experiences, and of course, we recommend the research of the schools you are interested in. The Early Learning Center at Maumee Valley Country Day School is the perfect preschool for your child! 

We welcome children starting at 3 years through Kindergarten. In the Early Learning Center (ELC) we provide an environment that encourages independence while valuing the development of each individual child. Knowledge is constructed through flexible instruction, child-initiated play, and through the process of learning how to learn. 

In our classrooms, each minute of the day is a teaching opportunity. Our approach takes into careful consideration the way children process information and new experiences. At this age, playing is learning!
